- walking them to lunch
- walking them to recess
- walking them to the library
- walking around helping students having trouble
- asking the teacher if she needs help with anything
- grading papers
- watching the kids if teacher needs to leave the room
- doing whatever the teacher may need me to do
- reading a book to the kids
- teaching a lesson if the teacher isn't there

- action

- leadership
- resourcefulness
4.Initiative is important for a teacher to possess because you cant get anything done without taking initiative.
